Sofabed (Leiston IP16)
In desperate need of a good, solid double or king size sofa bed that can be used longterm, not just for the odd weekend...my husband has mobility issues which have got so bad that he is unable to walk up and down stairs any more, so until we can get a move to a more appropriate place to live we have been sleeping on a mattress on the floor in our living room, which is far from ideal, as we then have the issue of him needing my assistance to get up from it in the morning. A strong sofa bed would really help us, but because we are on benefits as I am his sole carer we don't have the money to buy one...I already have posts up for a fridge freezer as we are in desperate need of a large one due to ours turning into an iceberg, so that's two essential items we need right now, and I'm most likely going to need to ask for a cooker too as ours is so old it's starting to rust everywhere and only one half of the hob works...lol...anyway, forget that, this post is supposed to be just a double/king size sofa bed...!! Thanks in advance if anyone can help

White fire surround and backpanel just removed from the chimney breast of my 90s built Grange Farm house. The fire surround is a fibreglass moulding. The back panel is marble (or marble-like) tiles on a masonry backing with a brass fire trim. See pictures for dimensions. Collection from IP5.

Tough white outer fabric and silvery metallic inner frame with hanging rail and two grid shelves. Handy in a garage, shed or loft especially when moving house or waiting for the wardrobe to be made/delivered. I am still using another one in my bedroom after many years(!) so they do stand up to daily use very well. Reduces down to flatpack if required. 800 wide x 560 deep x 1800 tall. (31”wide 22” deep x 71” tall)

The pullout baskets both work fine as well as all the containers for salt, dishwasher pods, and the two whirly arms etc. Working perfectly apart from a little leak in the exit pipe (grey in the pictures) so it needs a new pipe (or we just put PTFE tape around it) and I can include the anti limescale pack of salt. Our fridge freezer has had it's day, and is growing icebergs in the fridge compartment, which is freezing all my fresh fruit and vegetables, making a lot of them unusable...we are on benefits as my husband is disabled and I am his sole carer, we really need a working fridge freezer, don't mind what colour it is as long as it's large...!! We may also be asking for another few items in other posts, but this is really important to me as I am struggling to store food safely, and fresh vegetables and fruit are vital for us...thanks in advance to anyone who can help

Rechargeable lantern (Brantham CO11)
"Coleman" rechargeable lantern with two light tubes. You can choose one or two tubes to be illuminated. It has a mirror which can be slid up or down to concentrate light on one side, and a folding carry handle. Comes with it's own charger usefully stored in the base. The rechargeable battery does needs replacing. I replaced it about four years ago, but now it appears completely dead and will not charge! Located in Brantham on the A137. Can be left outside for collection.
