Armchair (Wymondham NR18)
Soft brown suede swivel armchair in good used condition. This is a very comfortable, generously sized chair with a smooth swivel base. Perfect for a living room, reading corner, man cave, or bedroom. The chair has a soft, suede-style fabric finish in a warm brown colour. It swivels easily and is very supportive, with wide arms and a deep, cushioned seat. There are some signs of normal use, including light wear and shading on the arms and seat (please see photos), but no rips or major damage. Still plenty of life left and very comfortable. Is there a small business out there that uses a waste oil burner for heating a workshop, industrial or agricultural building. I have a fairly large quantity, in excess of 200 litres, of old stock (unused) automotive oil. It is mostly in 5 litre containers and a few 1 litre bottles. It was left over, some time ago, from a hobby business which supplied oils to classic car owners. It is not for resale as automotive oil as it has probably degraded. Pine stand. Only suitable for placing lightweight objects on. The top split a while ago and has been fixed with mending plates underneath - see photos - plus a couple of extras to strengthen it. It holds well at the moment. Or perhaps someone could restore or re-purpose it? Measures approx 79cm high. The base is 34cm x 34cm and the top square is 22cm x 22cm

Nearly new glass lampshade, purchased from theButtermarket Lighting shop in Ipswich. The shade measures approx 11cm x 10cm at the base and is 10cm high. The bulb hole is approx 3cm diameter. Was purchased for a lightweight table lamp but was too heavy for it. Needs a substantial table lamp or other fixing to support the weight.

Stuart Turner power shower pump. One of the two pump bodies has started to leak. Not much good for a shower now, but someone may be able to make use of the other. Will need a bit of rewiring as these use magnetic switches to detect water flow before starting up. Located in Brantham on the A137.

Desk/Dressing Table (Saham Toney IP25)
This is about 7 years old I’ve used as a dressing table & it’s got marks on the top as you’ll see in the pictures. It does need small repair the bottom bar under the drawers it needs either sticking or screwing in to hold the drawers in correctly. It measures across 55in depth 23in height 30 in. It’s pine & it’s from the Scandinavian range at Argos. It’s been taken apart so it can be put in car or van. Comes from non smoking home.
