This was once used in a church, and is Victorian in origin. The seat and back look very scruffy, but the wood is sound - it just needs a bit of tlc to make it look great again. Dimensions are 1530mm wide and 760mm high, and it’s quite heavy. You will probably need two people and a van or trailer to take away.

Kiddies’ toilet training seat and potty as pictured. Label on the seat says 18 months plus. We’re great-grandparents, so these have had very little use. These two storage units are small (11 inches wide x 11 inches tall x 8 inches deep) and very sturdy. They each have six removable drawers, and are perfect for cassette tapes* (see pic 4) or other small objects such as screws, hooks or similar items. Bought about 20 years ago but they are still in very good condition. They've served me well but are now not needed. *Cassettes not included, by the way. Collection by prior arrangement please as I am not able to deliver or post them.

An attractive piano made by Gutschow, age unknown. We bought it from a professional restorer around 40 years ago for our children and it has had little use in the last 20 years. It appears to be in good condition but certainly needs a tune. We do not want any money for it but the new owner will need to arrange transportation,;it is very heavy as it has an iron frame
