Comfortable Beige Velvet Button-Back Armchair – Free to Collect A lovely, comfortable armchair upholstered in a soft beige/earth-tone velvet with a classic low button-back design. It has a sturdy wooden frame and sits on traditional castors, making it easy to move. The chair is very comfortable and has been well cared for. It does, however, need a small repair, as the stitching has come loose on both front corners of the seat. This is reflected in the fact that it is being offered free of charge, but it still has plenty of life left and would suit someone happy to carry out a simple repair. Ideal for a living room, bedroom, reading corner or study. Free to anyone who can collect. Please message if you're interested.

I have 2 grey retractable side awnings to give away. Comes with the cassette and post for each and 3 fixings to attach the cassette to a wall. I’m afraid I am missing one. I also have one anchor bracket as per the photos. The retraction mechanism works well in each. Both are in used condition with some wear and tear that can probably be cleaned up. Extends out to approx 3m width maximum.

This is a large above ground swimming pool for kids. It’s used but in good condition. We have put a few small patches in places and it doesn’t leak. It’s 12 foot (3.66m) in diameter and 30 inches (76cm) high. It doesn’t have a pump or heater. It has a steel frame and plastic connectors that are in good condition. Great fun for the kids when the hosepipe ban ends!!
