childs cabin bed (West Wickham BR4) 5h - Child Cabin Bed - storage drawers / cupboard and child's wardrobe. Condition is Used. I had this made a number of years ago, it is a good quality solid piece of furniture from a professional furniture manufacturer. It is still in great condition and will serve someone well. The frame is varnished hard wood with MDF infill panels. It was modified to fit over the stair ceiling void in the floor, however It can be assembled with the drawers at one end and Cupboard at the other enabling it to be positioned in any room. It is designed to fit against the wall and has ‘roll out’ rails on both sides, although we didn’t have them fitted on the wall side. The pink panels could be painted if so desired. It measures L183cm x W101.5cm x H 108.5cm (6’x3’4”x3'7") and is disassembled for transportation (and is easily reassembled). The mattress is a standard size but is not included (Bedding and clothes in picture are not included either). This is now taking up needed space in my garage and I will have to dispose of it soon if there are no takers.

Leather-look armchair (Tooting SW17) 5h - This chair is quite worn but has plenty of life left in it. It's extremely comfortable! We have to get rid as we don't have enough space for it. It's fake leather but quite convincing fake leather, with nice silver feet.

Drum kit needed (Putney) 5h - I don't mind whatever colour or size no completely broken ones but other than that I'll take anything u have got xd.

Italian Arum Showy ground cover in winter (South Croydon CR2) 5h - Arum italicum 'Pictum' or Arum italicum marmoratum A tuberous perennial to 35cm, with large, arrow-shaped dark, glossy green leaves veined creamy-white, appearing in autumn. Large greenish-yellow spathes with a yellow spadix are followed by showy spikes of orange-red berries These variegated leaves have just appeared, the berries show in late summer. Lights up shady areas in the winter. Don't be shy, I have plenty.
