toilet/bathroom remodeling tools (Kokomo south end) My partner and myself bought a fixer upper a couple years ago with the intent to fix as we lived in our home. We have gotten a lot done but the bathroom and roof are killing us. Our delta valve is broken so we can only use water via shut off valve. There are small but significant holes that need patched in our roof, and are raising her two youngest siblings 11 & 14 year old girls. Our situation is tough but we make do, however assistance in these fixes would be such a blessing. We are also in desperate need of a washer and dryer set. Not picky as long as it works.

2 Cushion Sofa (River Park) This is a standard two-cushion sofa upholstered in a neutral tan/beige textured fabric. It is a solid, comfortable piece that would be perfect for a basement, a first apartment, or a dorm. Condition: Used. There are some visible surface stains on the cushions and backrest (as seen in the photo), but it is structurally sound with no major rips or tears. A quick steam clean or a sofa cover would make it look like new! Must be able to pick up. Need it gone ASAP!
