Hi Freeglers, Can anyone spare an old mobile phone? A smartphone would be helpful but even a basic "burner" would do fine. I'm trying to help a friend that is currently sleeping rough. He has no phone at all right now so its a struggle to maintain communication and I'd like to be sure that he's safe with a regular text/call. I can collect from anywhere in the MK area and my schedule is pretty flexible so just let me know a day/time that works best for you? Thanks in advance!!

Does anyone have a fan of any kind they can spare? Me and my partner are currently struggling in our place during our first summer here and have come to realise that it is so extremely hot on these summer days that we can barely endure it. Unfortunately our last fan stopped working as it took a knock during transit when we first moved in. If you have a freestanding one it would probably be best, but I can make a desk or floor-based one work too. TBH even a little hand-held one would probably make a difference right now. Anything would be gratefully received and will get plenty of use. Thanks in advance for your time and consideration. My schedule is relatively flexible so if you can offer anything please let me know what day/time you prefer for collection and I'll be there!
