Beautiful 2 B Frame 10031 (Hamilton Heights 10031)
How do. What we have here is a neglected picture frame ( measurements tomorrow) that has "appliques "or classical folliate scrolls". Crickets? Try "shell or cartouche like emblems" NO?!? Ok those swirly, floppy, flowery, fancy,schmancy, dodad decals around the frame. In the frame that's on the wall the scrolls were originally highlighted with super high gloss paint that made it look like it was glowing. Paint this one really purty. I am 4 blocks from the 145th #1 Broadway local train station. I am on the 5th floor but there are only 4 flights. Be able to climb them. I don't call/text folks, email only. Please come and get this beautiful frame that has so much potential and make it shine. ASAP!!!!! Please. Buying a frame is paying $80 for a box with no middle.

How do. What we have here is a pre- IP ( Instant Pot) that took a side road to cooking more things. She's a (mid) biggie at 6qts and she does a lot. Eggs, veggies, saute meat and even yogurt! (Why am I giving this away again?) This Multi-Cooker is brand new, never used. I can't find the instructions but you can definitely find them online. I need this gone ASAP so if you can pick up tomorrow you move to the front of the line. A dirty sealing ring can smell like every bad decision you've ever cooked since 2019. The biggest bag I have for this cooker is a garbage bag so bring your prettiest or best looking biggy bag to carry it home in. POLITENESS counts folks. Large checked black suitcase by Samsonite with red trim on handles. Can pack up to 50 lb. and stay within the standard 62” total dimensions requirement for standard checked luggage allowances. Used on many trips, so wheels are fairly stripped of their outing smooth coating which makes wheeling it a bit bumpier than it would usually be. It looks like replacement wheels can be purchased direct from Samsonite if desired. Also note the rip at the seam (see pic) which I believe could be fixed DIY or at a tailor. We have used this suitcase with the tip several times without any issue. Comes with card holder on back for name/contact info card. AND Carry-on wheeled black suitcase by brand Forecast with brown leather trim. Wheels still work fine and is a solid carry-on. Comes with card holder on back for name/contact info card.
