PICK UP ONLY! Needs 2 people as I am on the first floor so the fridge needs to be carried down one flight of stairs. In good working order. The light doesn’t come on when you open the fridge door, it just needs a new bulb. It has a few dents and a few tiny rust spots that can just be covered with fridge magnets. Only giving away as I brought a new one.

A leather Chesterfield sofa bought from John Lewis about 10 years ago. Now the kids have grown up - we are able to replace it. Grey L-shaped sofa bed (SE13)
Free to anyone who wants to come and collect it. Would be good for someone who fancied a little project. It’s a perfectly good double sofa bed, it just needs a clean as there are a few stains on it and for the small damage seen in the photos to be repaired/covered. My puppy chewed it! The sofa bed mechanism is also a little stiff and it needs a new handle to pull it out, but it works and is very comfortable! The long bit has room for storage too! Collection from south east London!

Laminate wood effect office meeting table in two halves, two together 140 cm round, can detach the legs, please see the photos for cosmetic damage to the laminate surface. Really nice Persicaria, Runcinata purple fantasy. I love these plants they are a great foil for plants. I got a cutting last year and this year it is flourishing. Maybe 1 foot x 3' The last two pictures are in my garden now.

White Lysmachia (Morden SM4)
It’s a lovely plant and it’s no trouble at all, the slugs and snails seem to ignore it. It will spread slowly and come up every year. All I do is cut it down at the end of the year when it seems to be finishing. The first picture is in my garden last year, it’s the one with the white spikes. Mine is grown in full sun. They die down and come up in the spring. Ready to plant right away.
