As seen in photo, all the parts are present. It works. Hardly used. Needs a doorframe with a good wooden surround. Easy to mount and rearrange apparatus. We used it for children but adults also used it without issue.

Haven't measured the length, but there is plenty here. The plastic pipe has fingers that wrap lengths of cable together. The blue shuttle slides along the wrap to slide the cables in or out.
