Build up wrongly. No time to redone, as moving. Because was assembly wrong is leaking from the roof and the walls are not waterproof, because was not applied the product for that. I will give away the product as well. The person have to dismantle and have a van to transport. Have to be 2 people. The measurements are as follows - 76"/193 cm long and 42"/107 cm wide (when opened up as a bed.) The cover zips off and is machine washable. The sofa bed is heavy and will need two people to lift it and a van to transport it.

Would anyone like a willow tree sapling? It self-seeded in one of my plant pots, which is obviously too small a place for it to continue growing in. It produced its first catkins this spring. (I may have more than one sapling if I have a good look around my pots). I can uproot and bag it ready for collection once i know when you are collecting it.
