This is a triple decker catio with roof. It didn't quite fit this window properly and was never braced to the house so it does lean a bit in this photo. It's not perfect but is made well and will last a long time. You'll need a square bit and a drill to remove it, and at least two people to load. I'm near West Stone Walmart in Kingsport.

Good condition aesthetically. About 10 years old. It has a problem where every couple of years the display panel goes. You have to order one and replace it then it works again. Currently not working. We finally have had enough but maybe someone else wants to give it a go.
