Some stains are on the table top but could be removed by vinegar or washed by soap and water. It’s in very good condition otherwise. Outside the dumpster shed closest to the parking gate at the right side of the end of Valencia Avenue, off South Mary Avenue in Sunnyvale and behind the Crosswalk Church parking lot. 1075 Valencia is right next to the parking gate. Please include your available pick up time in your response. If you want me to let you in the parking gate, I’m available late afternoon or early evening. Otherwise, you can walk in from the right side of 1045 Valencia Avenue (and the left side of 1075 Valencia Avenue) to get into the parking lot. They are outside the middle dumpster shed in the parking lot between Valencia Avenue, off South Mary Avenue, and Madera Avenue, off West Iowa Avenue, in Sunnyvale. The parking lot is behind the Crosswalk Church parking lot. It is easier to access it by the Valencia Avenue end, near 1075 Valencia Avenue. Please include your available pick up time if you want me to let you in the parking gate I’m available late afternoon or early evening. Otherwise, you can access the parking lot by walking between 1045 Valencia Avenue and 1075 Valencia, which is next to the parking gate.
