I found this item and checked Google Lens to find out what it was: This appears to be a VESA-compatible laptop mount or holder designed to attach to a monitor arm. It is designed to hold a laptop and convert a standard monitor arm for laptop use. The mount features a silver finish and four black non-slip pads to secure the laptop. It includes a hinge mechanism for angle adjustment. It is likely VESA-standard compatible (75x75mm or 100x100mm) for attachment to an existing arm.
