Sectional in the Fleetwood area (Near Fleetwood High School)
This sectional is still in very good shape with no tears and only minor staining on the seating which could come out with a good cleaning. Tan/light brown microfiber cloth which has held up very well. Recliners on both the left and right arm pieces. Dimensions: left side is 98” from corner to end of arm. Right side is 144” from corner to end of arm. The seats are 36 “ from front to back. All pieces but the wedge piece have detachable back cushions for easier transport although a truck will be needed. More than happy to help someone load it up! Available after April 5th. Flexible on pickup time.

It's a sleeper sofa with down cushions. Cushion covers washed recently but rest of sofa could use a cleaning. That's an extra mattress pad peeking out from under the seat cushions, they do lay flat. Some scuffing, no tears. Dimensions in the picture. Very heavy, bring help to move.

Vintage McCalls Vest Patterns (Ambler)
There are no envelopes for these 2 patterns. I did screenshots of them for reference. Pattern 7276 has been made, minus the arm facings...they were cut out but never sewed. There are only the 2 facing pieces for this pattern, but anyone can easily take apart the vest and copy the pieces. Pattern 6356 is complete. Take one or both, your choice.

I have this 14' aluminum extension ladder that someone gave us when we moved in 30 years ago that has been in the shed and under the deck probably the whole time since I am afraid of heights I don't think I ever used it. It is long so you will have to have a way to transport it if you think you an use it. I will pick someone in a day or two for driveway pickup.

3 screen+wood doors (Derwood, MD)
The senior pet sanctuary in Gaithersburg (off of Fieldcrest Road) where I volunteer has 3 screen doors that were partially covered in wood to protect them from cat claws (see attached photo). Each door is 30 x 80 inches and includes the hinges, and they are in good condition. Note that pickup is in Gaithersburg, not Derwood (my usual pickup location), for these doors. Please give possible pickup days and times--I will need to tell them when to put the doors out in an accessible place for you. Please also give a phone number for texting in case needed.
