Request: Can you fix stuff like lamps, etc? (Bowling Green) 4d - Good morning! I’m looking for a few people to help out with a new event in BG called a Repair Cafe! It will be at Grounds for Thought this Monday 7-9pm. It’s basically an event where people bring in stuff that no longer works and nice volunteers try to fix whatever it is! You would just need to bring a few basic tools that’s it. I really do need some extra help so please consider volunteering these 2 hours! So if you’d like a free double oven, it’s yours. :) The top oven has not worked for a while, but I believe it can be fixed. I believe the temperature sensor got disconnected and just needs to be replaced or reconnected to make it work again. It’s heavy and large, so you’ll need a bigger vehicle. If no one claims this by Thursday, we’ll put it out for scrap.
