Got these for my mom and I haven't been able to get them to work. The solar panel top twists off from the base and there is an on / off switch. Sometimes some work but its just too frustrating to not know why they won't work for me. They also have the base pole but unfortunately I don't have any stakes for the ground. if you are handy, please give it a shot. there is 17 lights and 18 base poles pick up are regularly Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays only - 9/9:30am - 4/4:30pm No late evenings, Thursday / Friday or weekend pick ups unless otherwise noted all communication is done through the site Pick up location is next to Nature Republic (Korean Skin care store) - on corner of 35th and 5th avenue. - near the Empire State Building If interested- please respond with the below information 1: your first name - important! 2.
