User parts to use with the Medela Symphony hospital grade breast pump (which the JR use in the maternity ward). Different flange sizes available - 24mm, 21mm and 17mm. We hired the pump for 14 days from Medela but had our own parts (given to us by the JR), so received a refund of £15 for returning the set which came alongside the rental pump!
