Sofa Bed (Woodley RG5)
Around 30 years old. Initially used as a living room sofa for a few years but then retired to a spare room for the last 25 years. Has always been in a non-smoking environment. The fold-out bed is in proper working order. The mattress is by design quite thin to allow it to be folded up. Mattress has picked up a couple of small stains on one side. The blue fabric has a couple of nicks (which I have repaired) from when I dismantled the bed to make sure it was still in a good state. Could make a nice project if someone wanted to apply a new fabric on the frame and a fresh mattress. The sofa is currently in the garden undercover so let me know if you want to check it without obligation.

Plum 6ft trampoline with safety enclosure, perfect for some garden fun. It's in fair condition, showing signs of use and weathering from being outdoors. The main jumping mat is intact, but the blue padding around the edge has some wear and the safety netting has a rip in it. Great for kids, still got plenty of bounce left. Will need to be dismantled on collection.
