Fully working grey uplighter lamp. Sadly no bulb or shade but the shade ring is there. Some minor paint chips but could easily be repainted as is likely wood underneath or can be used as is. Sadly no room for it in my tiny house so must go. I have cleaned it but it’s had to be relocated to my lean to due to lack of space indoors so collection ASAP please.

This is a pair of good quality JVC headphones, approx 10 years old but hardly ever used. Good clear sound and in very good condition, with slight discolouration to the ear pads but no cracking or splits. Lead is quite short (1.2m), so probably best used with laptop or other portable device. 3.5mm jack plug.

In good shape overall (see photos); the stand was meant to be filled with water, but we put instead two sacks of sand on it - which means that the plastic is somewhat damaged, but the sband as a whole is very stable. You will need to unmount it (take away the screws)

Standard black office swivel chair, some stains from being cleaned with a bleach-based solution. Comes from a house with a cay, she has never sat on the chair but I will run a lint roller over the soft furnishings regardless. Pickup: office chair will be left on the ground floor of my apartment building. There is ample parking: two spots directly in front of the foyer and a large car park behind the apartment building.

Second-hand coffee table, good size (60x89x40cm), some wear (light damage on the corners, some kind of stain from improper cleaning fluid, could probably be restored with proper wax. Comes from a house with one small elderly cat (tail visible in pic) but she hasn't damaged the table, she just likes to sit under it. Pickup: I can get it to the ground floor of my apartment building, there is good parking nearby (two spots in front of the apartment entrance and an entire car park behind the building.)

Greenhouse (Trumpington Ward CB2)
The glasshouse is an older timber‐and‐glass structure with weathered panels and a simple frame. It hasn’t been maintained for some time, so several panes are dirty or scratched, and the interior has overgrown vegetation. Despite this, the frame is largely intact and suitable for someone who wants materials for reuse or a restoration project. It must be fully dismantled and collected by the new owner.
