I have a VAX Gator 10.8V handheld vacuum cleaner but I've lost the charger. The company won't sell replacement chargers - when I contacted them, they just tried to sell me a whole new vacuum instead. This is a long shot but maybe someone is chucking out a broken vax where the charger still works?

As i am a Full time Carer I spend lots of time at home and somewhat bored so if anyone has any Old/Unwanted Mechanical Watches or Clocks they no longer want or need I would be very grateful as i have a great interest in Tinkering with them. If i manage to get broken ones working then I either offer them back or if they are unwanted I take parts from them or donate any funds raised to the Stroke Association.
