4 Curtain Panels & 2 Rods (Trafalgar/River Oaks, Oakville)
Golden caramel colour with tone on tone design. Lined. 57" long x 53.5" wide. One of the panels is about 48" wide (only has 7 grommets) because the window ends right beside the wall and there wasn't any room for a bigger panel or the finial. Rods are 46" long when closed, plus finials. Not sure how long they expand to, but we have the extra supports if needed. 4 palm finials.

Armoire with drawers (Near High Park in Toronto)
Beautiful solid dark wood armoire with four drawers underneath. In excellent condition. 6 feet tall by 42 inches wide by 2 feet deep. We used it for our tv but there is a rod for clothes or can be used for other storage. In the one photo I have removed the doors to facilitate moving it.

Sturdy and reasonably convincing artificial Xmas tree, complete with stand and LED lights. About 6 feet (1.8m) tall. Ornaments not included. Deconstructs and folds up for storage, doesn't shed. Environmentally beneficial provided you keep keep it for at least a few years (or pass it on to someone else!). Also included: artificial pine swag with poinsettias and LED battery-powered lights. Solid, farmhouse-style 6-ft dining table can grow to 8-ft with the extension pieces that slot into each end. Table has been well-loved but is in good condition (the leaves show more wear than the actual table). Legs easily removed, but you’ll still need a good-sized vehicle to get it home.
