Hii, I am a local resident in Goose Creek looking for a secondary backup phone to use strictly over Wi-Fi. It doesn't need a cellular plan or a SIM card at all, just needs to be able to turn on and connect to the internet. Because I am half paralyzed, and do not drive, I am looking for a completely contact-free pickup.
