Children's wendy-house looking for new loving home. It is a lovely outdoor play area for the kids and our family enjoyed it for the past 10 years. Overall the wendy-house is in good structural condition, but the one side-door will need replacing. It will need painting and general refurbishment, but it is perfectly good as a kids a play area. The new owner will need to disassemble it onsite and transport it. Size: It is 8 foot wide, 6 foot deep and 8 foot high. Kids table and chairs and play-kitchen included.

Guinea pig / rabbit hutch, two runs and a shelter (Browns Hill GL6)
Old hutch, two storey, been used for two guinea pigs for 7 years so a bit worn. I have scrubbed it thoroughly but you can see in the photo the floors are stained. Will need a rain cover / insulation if to be used outside. A hutch alone is not enough space for happy guineas without the run attached - we attached it permanently and opened up each morning. Fixings have come off so you will have to find your way to attach. Note that this run doesn't fold up, so you will need a car boot big enough. Rain cover. Then separately there is a grass run with shelter that are both newer and in reasonable condition but they have been outside all winter so need a bit of a brush down. That run folds up as you can see in photo.

Barker and Stonehouse, Harrington sofa. (Forest Green GL6)
Teal velvet, the sofa is used but in good condition. The throw pictured was where the dog was allowed so it was protected. Non smoking house. Scatter cushions can be included. I am parting with it as I have moved house - it's a lovely sofa and very comfy for family TV nights.
