The chairs are fairly old but being Parker Knoll they are in good condition but a bit worn on the arms ( photo shows the wear).They come as a pair but its fine if you only want one. I need to get rid of them due to house sale.

Craft Lamp (Barlaston Park ST12)
Adjustable craft lamp. Old but fully working. The only problem is the base has lost its ballast (it used to have a concrete block in the base to stabilise it, but it disintegrated over time). This can be replaced with new concrete, or other weight, but it stands ok-ish without it.
