Structure good and supportive. Overall condition- Used - Good Only giving away because new sofa with a higher back arriving Thursday. No deliveries. Person collecting must be able to move themselves- 2 people recommended.

Bestway Plug In, Inflatable Double Mattress. First pic is example inflated. It’s Euro plug so can include an adapter if needed. Important: It has a small tear in it (5pence for scale). I don’t have the time or inclination to find and fix it at the moment, especially as we never use it. Someone else may want to fix it though if it is useful. It’s only been used for one brief visit from a friend. It would be a massive shame to chuck it.

IKEA lycksele lovas chair bed. Good condition. Frame is as new cover and mattress have marks but are perfect for a kids bedroom as an extra bed. Mostly been used as a seat. If desired different covers or mattress can still be purchased from ikea or cover could be dyed as it is cream. Measurements are 87cm high, seat height 41cms, 82cms width, 100cms deep, 188cms when fully extended. Will only be available until 14 December

Round Countertop Basin 34.5cm (Radbrook Green SY3)
This bowl was installed, then removed when we realised it was a little too small for our bathroom. 34.5cm diameter. 14cm tall from countertop to top of bowl, but it's shallower than it first appears because it has a double skin to allow for drainage of water from the overflow. It's only 8cm deep from the plug to the top of the bowl. There are some minor marks on the porcelain - you can see these in the photos.

4m half round 110mm black guttering plus oddments (Wellington TF1)
Used and with some slightly out of true. The uncompressed outer edge is about 117m but I believe these are 110mm size. Listing the 4m sections but there are a number of oddments from 50cm up to 2m as well. I have one 4m 100mm square as well but this is old and hard to get fixings for. Can let these go in a job lot or as needed. Overall condition is not bad (taken down after moving in because they were not correct capacity for the roof they were draining) and the 4m sections have clean ends (some of the oddments have silicone sealant on). One piece has an end fitting but otherwise I have no clips or unions or down pipes.

Bright Starts baby rocking/swaying chair. Suitable up to 6 months I’d say. All works fine, there is a dial on the side to set how slow or fast you want it to go. Has been wiped down and in good condition!
