It’s comfy, and could serve as a guest bed for that one friend who just shows up. It’s clean, is coming from a home that is free of pests, pets, children and smoke. It has built-in cupholders in the arms, and allegedly has charging ports that I cannot find but if you find them then that’s a bonus! Dimensions in photos. Pick up the Newtown.
