Free armchair, good solid piece of furniture with removable wooden bun feet. Lovely and comfortable, great for curling up in with a good book. Only getting rid of it as no space for it in our new house. Bit of damage from cat scratching and some wear on arms, but would be fine with a throw over it. Collection from New Costessey.

Large plant which has outgrown it's space in my garden. Has been in a pot but would prefer to be in the ground now or a very large pot. Likes acid soil and rainwater. Kneeler and milk bottle in the picture for size. It is currently out of the pot and enjoying a rainwater soak. Likes semi shade. Has been surprisingly tolerant of the dry weather, with only occasional watering. Pot not included as it in need of more space.

Deep air bed that has integrated pump that you plug into the mains to inflate it. It works fine but deflates very slightly overnight. Still has plenty of life in it. We just don’t need it any more
