3 sets of Christmas lights and spare bulbs. The wires are intact but they aren’t working properly as they need new fuse bulbs and/or ordinary bulbs. 1 set is white, the others are multicoloured.

Soft brown suede swivel armchair in good used condition. This is a very comfortable, generously sized chair with a smooth swivel base. Perfect for a living room, reading corner, man cave, or bedroom. The chair has a soft, suede-style fabric finish in a warm brown colour. It swivels easily and is very supportive, with wide arms and a deep, cushioned seat. There are some signs of normal use, including light wear and shading on the arms and seat (please see photos), but no rips or major damage. Still plenty of life left and very comfortable.
