This is a book of mainly short cycle routes and some a bit longer that may be of interest to people holidaying in central and southern Finistere, Brittany with bicycles. It's in French, but easy enough to follow the maps if you don't speak the lingo. Excellent condition. Please state when you can collect from Brundall.

These are soft clear plastic bags of water that come frozen with Hello Fresh food deliveries. Very useful if you're transporting or buying frozen or chilled food, handy for picnics. Each is about A5 paper size. They come with every Hello Fresh order - so far I've got eleven and don't need so many! The plastic is recyclable in supermarkets but it seems a shame if they can be used. Happy to separate if you don't want all of them
