very good condition. tuned slightly low. we tuned it ourselves with a tuning kit that we purchased cheaply from eBay and control you how to tune it. we may be able to borrow a van from our neighbor. My partner can carry the bench but probably not for a few days after oral surgery today. he can also remove and carry the lighter parts and show you how to put them back on. two strong people are needed for carrying the heavy part of the piano. we may be able to find one or two.
