Mitre Guage for table saw (Allerton BD15)
Looking for one or ideally two mitre guages for use on our table saw in the Allerton Men's Shed (Registered Charity) Something along the lines of the one shown in the photograph. Even if it's in poor condition or has missing parts, we may be able to refurbish it to make it safe to use. These will enable our members to safely cross-cut timber on our saws, so that we can make a wider variety of products. At the Men's Shed make products from wood to engage our members and to sell to raise funds to help with the running costs of the shed. The charity aims to reduce isolation and improve mental well-being for men.

Hi everyone, I hope someone out there can help me with my not so small problem. I was recently vacuuming the room carpet and found the vacuum was not picking up as it should. On inspection I found a crack in the “head cover”. I have tried to source one but Dyson in their infinite wisdom do not make the vacuum any more and do not supply spares either. I have tried ebay and found that although they are listed they are for the wrong model. I am looking for a head cover (as pictured) for a Dyson DC04 (Non Clutch type) or if you have a Dyson DC04, (as pictured), that is on it’s last legs and destined for the tip I would be forever grateful. I am happy to collect from a reasonable distance and would collect whenever convenient to you. Thank you for reading and I do hope you can help.

Broken Micro Mini Scooter Repair Project (Hawksworth LS5)
16 years old, not currently useable. As well as a clean, it needs new grips, a new brake, and might benefit from a new base plate although the chip is cosmetic. These are available in a pack currently on offer for black Friday, see pic 3, or the parts are available separately. I would also replace the wheels or at the very least tighten them all up. They are about £8 each I think, see link below. Micro sell all the spare parts and have videos on how to repair/replace parts plus experts you can chat/book a call with Seems a shame to send to the dump when someone might want to take on the project
