Good solid armchair. Smoke free home. We have a dog but she’s never sat on it. Water marks which the photos make look darker than they are. It’s been vax cleaned but I can’t get the water stains out. Perfectly fine with a throw over it. I’ll take it to the recycling centre if no one wants it.

Mini Micro Scooter (West Wickham BR4)
Mini Micro Scooter in purple. Mechanically sound, wheels rotate smoothly, brake works, handlebar slides up/down. I've replaced the hand grips as they were falling apart. It has a crack in the plastic at the front but this does not affect the riding. Other than that it has the scraps and scuffs as expected for a child's scooter. Well ridden and very much enjoyed but too small now.

3 four seater settees & footstool (SM7 3AT)
3 four seater settees in a black chenille type fabric with a matching footstool. These settees with matching cushions were originally bought at DFS and are very comfortable although they have faded because of sunlight and are time worn. The measurements of each of the three settee are Width 248cm Depth 102cm Height 71cm Matching Footstool Width 96cm Depth 76cm Height 45cm Anyone interested will have to dismantle them and ensure they have appropriate transport. They come from a non smoking and no pets household. Would require a large van and two people to transport.
