Brilliant large ikea play tent bought in the 90s . Much bigger than the tents today. Poles in poor condition and heavily taped together. Still very usable and easy to put up. The actual tent in good condition apart from area where poles go through and can be machine washed. Poles similar to those used in beach tent. I think this was knitted as a sample or experiment. You could use it as-is, or you could unravel it and use the yarn for something else. It’s a relatively bulky variegated yarn with an interesting construction — a thin outer yarn wrapped around a loosely-spun interior. I don’t know the fibre content. Pick up between 9am and 5pm on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, or Saturday. Location is 3 minutes' walk from West Croydon Station. Priority given to people who are nearby, and who tell me in their first message exactly when (date and time) they want to come.
