They have been well used and there are some marks/signs of wear to the fabric, as shown in the photos, but they still have plenty of life left in them. Measurements: - Sofa: W195 × D90 × H80cm - Armchair: W110 × D88 × H80cm Would be ideal for a first home, student house, rental or spare room, or for someone happy to give them a clean/freshen up.
