Internet information: The image shows two oblong, pale yellow winter squash that appear to be spaghetti squash, marked by some light scabbing or scarring on their rinds. How to Prepare Spaghetti Squash Cut and Clean: Slice the squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds and pulp with a spoon. Roast: Brush the inside with olive oil, place cut-side down on a baking sheet, and bake at 375°F to 400°F for about 40 to 50 minutes until tender. Scrape: Use a fork to gently rake the cooked flesh into noodle-like strands. Near building 1075 Valencia Avenue in Sunnyvale, off South Mary Avenue and behind the Crosswalk Church.
