Good for someone who wants to add storage to closets, a pantry, laundry area, storage nook, home office, or storage-challenged apartment. Completely serviceable, I’ve been using it for the last two years. There are several scratches in the pictures, but it’s completely serviceable. Occasionally, the height loses a little hydraulic compression and you have to readjust it, but it takes two seconds and otherwise it’s completely fine. Still probably has a good amount of life in it. If you want to tell me what day and about what time of day (9 to 5 or 5-9) you think you can come. I’m near West 108 and Broadway. Leave a mobile number so we can work out pick up details no number, I’ll move onto the next reply.
