We have an old armchair that’s in need of some refurbishment. It’s been left outside on a porch for quite a while but appears to be in good structural order. It has got wet periodically but isn’t mouldy. The fabric definitely needs replacing and very likely the stuffing as well. It’s a nice shape and with some care and attention would be a nice addition to a home.

Sturdy, well built, pull out sofa bed. Bed and mattress in excellent condition, barely used. Sofa has a small paint mark hidden by back cushion and some cat scratches on back corner, both shown on photos. Needs 2 people minimum and a van to collect. Smoke free home. Collection only Haworth. Pair of leather look chairs (in need of some repair) (Sharrow Vale S11)
Usable but a little wobbly, some of the "leather" material peeling away that can possibly be glued back. They have a few drips of white paint in places which cna probably be cleaned or scraped off. I think these are plastic and not real leather though there doesn't seem to be any label or anything on them to confirm. One of the chairs is missing one of the two bolts which attaches the back to the seat.
