It requires no mains electricity, simply plugging into the wall socket (as all phones used to do in the old days), so it's handy to have around in case of a power cut, in spite of its limited range of features. Two identical 6 foot high free standing lamps with reading lights. Both broken. Reading lights work on both. Uplights stopped working and are both non-functional. I’ve tried to fix both but failed. One uplighter completely broken after my efforts to repair. If someone has the electrical skills then the other is potentially repairable if the electrical fault can be identified and repaired. Both lamps about 20 years old from Ikea. If any wants the one with uplight that is potentially repairable only or both for spares then you’re welcome to.

All bed linen/pillowcases have been washed. You can have the whole lot or take things individually. Collection only.

Hello lovely Freeglers 🐾 We’re on the lookout for a cat carrier for our cat Eric. He is fluffy, handsome, and absolutely convinced he should never have to walk anywhere himself. The carrier doesn’t need to be fancy – just clean, secure, and capable of containing one mildly dramatic cat on short journeys. Bonus points if it has previously survived side-eye, loud sighing, or a cat who feels deeply wronged. Happy to collect locally. Eric says thank you in advance (though he will pretend he didn’t). 😼

Real Christmas tree stand (Kirkcaldy KY1)
*Faulty* this has served us well for many years but this year’s solid 5 foot tree kept tipping over in it. The spike that goes into the base of the tree has flattened so presumably wasn’t holding tree properly. May still work for a small tree or be fixable by a competent person, the metal may not be what it was though. Giving it a chance to be saved from the tip anyway as it’s been a really good stand.
