This is Franke Pescara XL tap which would have cost £700 new. We got it as part of an ex-display utility room. It's not been used as far as we can tell. We've been unable to fit the tap because there is piece missing which connects the two pipes together which you can see in the second picture and we've not been able to find a replace part. If someone feels they can do something with this tap they are more than welcome to have it.

Very comfortable leather recliner armchair. Some wear on the arms and at one point was in a smoker's home so does have a bit of a smokey smell. I'm a non-smoker and it doesn't bother me but just to be up front. Reclines comfortably. Great for curling up with a book. Free to collection. Must go by 3rd April 8pm!

Non-smoking house. I checked for stains but it's possible I might have missed something. 2 flat sheets need ironed, I have a shoulder problem so I can't do this, sorry. Prefer if someone can take all of it but will consider splitting.
