McIntosh extending dining table 96 cm x 120/180 cm). Well used with significant wear and tear, including sanding through thd veneer to the substrate. A little wobbly - has been rescrewed in the past. Chairs (not original) also require some screws and TLC. A refurbishment project for someone?

Heavy lined curtains with triple pinch pleat headers to fit Victorian bay window. Neutral background with gold embroidery. Unfortunately the bottoms are soiled with cat urine and the dry cleaners have advised that they can't guarantee eliminating the smell so we'll need to replace them. However the tops are fine so they could be cut down to a drop of at least 2 metres.

We have a tiny space and no table. Now that the toddler is 20 months old we could really do with one. One of those small tables with two chairs (they need to have backs, so no stools, due to the toddler) where the chairs fit neatly out of the way under the table. Two examples included (they’re not high ‘breakfast bars’ which probably wouldn’t work with a toddler unless not that high). Thanks.
