Vintage leather chair (Cabbagetown)
This compact vintage leather armchair is amazingly comfortable. It needs a new seat, but the rest is in very good condition considering its age. It has all the original upholstery tacks. Colour: dark maroon. My plan was to just repad and cover the seat but I know I'll never get to it. OR, just add a cushion on top! Seat height 18", maximum width at outer arms 25". Very sturdy.

This is a nice looking dark wicker hamper on a metal frame Some separation at the very bottom between the wicker and the metal but this does not affect its ability to hold clothes. Maybe a so I could slip through? No bag insert provided - add own laundry bag and it is perfect and looks very nice We are downsizing and no room for a hamper so we are taking the bag insert to our new apartment instead. Good adjustable office chair (Bloor West Village)
This is a nice green fabric office chair that rolls and adjusts up and down and back. Arms also adjust up and down. It has one rip in the seat but otherwise perfect. Downsizing and have to get a smaller chair. This was purchased new in toronto at an office supply store about 5 years ago. It’s an excellent chair. Smoke free home. One dog in this home but he has never sat on this chair. Thanks for looking.
