Good quality armchair (cost over £500 three years ago) with high seat making it suitable for elderly users. It has all the fire labels etc but either needs a very good clean or at the worst, recovering. Sorry cannot deliver.

Bathroom renovation - Art Deco classic tiles for free 1 bath panel 164cm x 43cm, has crack in one corner but glue has held for 24 years! 23 tiles 30cm x 46cm - furthest right in photo 16 tiles 15cm x 46cm - 2nd from right in photo The rest - assorted sizes plus some black thinner tiles They have old putty etc on them at the back but this comes off easily Going in skip on Friday unless you'd like to collect them

Worn Blue Desk Chair on Wheels (Needs Cover / Workshop Use) (Letham DD8)
A second-hand blue office chair with wheels. Already worn when I got it, then further use and I have a cat. It's actually quite comfortable. Good if you don't mind the cosmetic damage or it would be ideal for a simple reupholstery project. The mechanism all work fine, the wheels are a bit stiff on thick carpet. Happy to include the little cushion.

Upcycled Fold-Down Desk / Storage Shelf Unit (Letham DD8)
Basic upcycle project. It’s a simple low shelving unit modified with a wooden top panel attached on hinges to create a fold-down. When the panel is up technically it stands on its own but as it can be risky I put a screw eye hook to tie it to something but never had to use it, I just put those two bookends that I can include. Basic DIY job, but functional if you need a compact workspace.
