This suite is 30 years old and therefore very worn, with some cat scratches. However it is still strong and very comfortable and is lightweight to move. We've been using it with throws for several years; it could do with being reupholstered, but too expensive to get done professionally.

Very good condition. Only used occasionally for our grandson staying over occasionally until he was 3 years old. Bedding is also available to fit. It is built already, so a van would be ideal transport. However, it was built using an Alan key and we don't seem to have it now! We also have a walker and other large toys available too. This will hold and protect your laptop, folders, documents and much more! Internally 440×190mm by 305mm depth, with two folding dividers approx. 400×60mm, and space for business cards and pens. Finish is black leatherette, and the construction appears to be stout rigid board. Brass corner reinforcement and combination locks. Much used, and rather tatty, but still serviceable.

Mahogany veneer, teak 2 drawer filing cabinet with dark red leather top. Reproduction, 20th century. One handle, one missing. Some chips on the wood as expected in sn old piece but looks good and in v good working order. I am including about 50 folders that fit the cabinet. 25" deep x 19" wide x 29" tall. Its quite heavy and you will need to be able to carry it yourselves.
