Dusty, but in good condition. I'm fairly certain all the parts are there. There are instructions with it and a list of suitable vehicles, most common car makes, hatchbacks, I think. Packard Bell Diamond 1200 plus USB scanner. Works but is not compatible with modern OS's. Only works on Windows XP and below. (I believe there is a third party driver that makes it work on more modern OS's but it isn't free. Queensferry CH5 if it's of any use to anyone.
