Was originally a Windows XP machine but I have increased the RAM to 2GB and installed MX Linux 23.3. Good starter machine for anyone wanting to get away from being Windows dependent, OK for basic internet browsing. MX Linux includes Libre Office software with document writer, spreadsheet, etc compatible with Microsoft Office files. This is the computer only, no monitor, keyboard or mouse.

I’m hoping someone might have an egg incubator they no longer need and would be willing to pass on. My grandchildren would absolutely love the experience of hatching and raising chicks, especially as we already keep hens. It would be a fantastic learning opportunity for them to see the full life cycle up close, and we’d be very grateful for any help in making that happen. Happy to collect locally at a convenient time. VAX steam mop In working order if you hold it further down. The handle us held on by tape, and the button below the handle needs holding in with strong tape (this would normally be done by the handle pressing on it inside). Probably an easy repair for someone, but we have decided to upgrade to a more powerful model. We found it effective on vinyl and laminate floors, and on plain tiles, but not on textured tile floors. Includes frame so you can use it to freshen carpets. No pads included.

These are discs that were given away free with newspapers. There are films such as Time Bandits and Shirley Valentine as well as TV programmes including episodes of Porridge, Open All Hours etc. The music discs are varied and include Prince and Pavarotti as well as Rock and Classical compilations. All are in very good/excellent condition.

From house clearance. I’ve tested it with a couple of CDs and it seems to be working, although the skip function is a bit erratic - but I haven’t used my CDs in ages so they are dusty. Remote control also works but I can’t get the battery compartment open, needs the right screwdriver. Anyway, it is free so if you want to give it a go, let me know!
