Cordless Carpet Sweeper (Not Working) (Handforth SK9)

This is a cordless floor sweeper which was working when I put it into storage but is not anymore. It comes with it's own battery charger which you put the battery pack into and plug in. So if anyone wants a challenge fixing it collection is from Handforth SK9
