Wrist Ribbons ford Dancing (Near Newtown)

A dozen school children will be presenting a couple of folk style dances at the Robert Owen birthday celebration in Newtown on 13th May. If someone or some other group has a bunch of wrist ribbons stashed away, it would be lovely to add some (any) colour and fluttter to the occasion!
