Comfortable couch and chair (Alexandria near Landmark)

Matching hunter green microfiber couch and overstuffed chair. Couch is gently used and about 90” wide. Chair is like new and about 39” wide. Both are very, very comfortable. Two strong people are needed to carry down 3 flights of stairs.
