Wrap around baby carrier (Block by Lombard pool)

"Does anyone have a wrap around baby carrier w/baby in front they no longer need? Fireworks season is here, and we have a tortured Chihuahua. We would like to be able to wrap our little buddy up nice and tight against mom and hope this comforts and calms him, so we can use less meds as they are hard on his small body.
