Denim Skirt M Needs New Elastic (North Boulder/Wonderland HIll)

Coldwater Creek tiered denim skirt, medium. Waist measures about 44 inches without elastic. Length about 37 inches. I thought I would shorten this and took the waistband elastic off in order to do so--never finished the project and never will! Otherwise the skirt is new.
