Tape and sticky notes for lunches (Downtown Guelph)

Hello! I am looking to get tape and sticky notes so I can leave cheesy notes in my S.O's lunches. We spend majority of our money on rent and food so sadly no room for this in the budget :( I just want to make his day so please help out!
