Doesn't include mattress.
There is a cupboard, a chest of drawers and a pull out desk that all fit under the bed.
The pull out desk sliding mechanism has never really worked and it's been altered with a makeshift slide rail.
We never pull it out because it doesn't work that well.
This is in used condition, comes with the usual scars you would expect on a kids' bed, but still good to go and has life in it yet!
