Magnolia tree... (Nailsea BS48)

Magnolia tree, approximately 6 feet tall and across. Has white flowers in early spring.

I need the space, so if anyone wants to take it away and get cuttings etc, please do!

It will be cut up and taken to the tip if no-one wants it.
