ADapter/ plug for lights (Dundrum)

I’ve lost the adapter plug for a set of lights I was hoping to use for my sons party at the end of June. I think it’s a common enough piece. If anyone would be happy to loan or give away I’d be obviously thrilled. Thanks a mil
