Cool box (Ilkley LS29)

Please is anyone getting rid of a cool box,I have just tried my new box which I bought last year for the first time and it’s not working I have sent it back but don’t know what will happen with that and I desperately need one for up and coming camping trip anyway help would be greatly appreciated thanks.
