Ladies Bike (NG9)

Gifting a Ladies Bike, with flat back tyre. The make is Shimano Equipped. I have used it frequently for years so there is lots of wear and tear, and would suit someone who can fix bikes. Perhaps someone who likes this as a hobby. Its still possible to ride, but I felt it had come to the stage where I would prefer to buy another one rather than keep repairing this one.
