Here's my old gaming chair. It's in great condition (no tears or marks) and would suit a smaller adult or larger teen.
It's very comfortable and is finished in synthetic leather.
The gas lift unit needs replacing - it tends to sink down when you're sitting in the chair - but they're easily found on amazon or ebay. Or you could just live with it!
