Gas Canister (Portishead BS20)

I found this when litter picking! Obviously some idiots had stolen it to inhale the gas. Took it to the Recycling Centre but I would have to pay £5 to leave it there. It is refillable with E942 gas for food kitchens so am hoping someone respectable can make use of it.
