Patio umbrella piece (N E Oakville.)

Having function Friday. Wind flipped my cast iron table with umbrella. Piece bent. New piece will not arrive in time. Looking for this piece OR a recommendation on where, in Oakville, I can take the bent piece to be straightened. Thank you
