Cycling shoes and Shimano pedals (Tolworth KT6)

UK size 9 cycling shoes with cleats plus a pair of Shimano DX pedals. The shoes clip into the pedals. If you've never used pedals and cycling shoes like this before, you have to remember to unclip from the pedals before you stop. Otherwise you cannot put your foot down when you stop. You will fall over and may hurt yourself!
