Canning jars and supplies (Upper Darby)

Hi, I moved here a year ago, and just discovered this year that the tree in the backyard is a peach tree! I have an abundance of peaches and I want to try to make canned peaches and preserves. Any canning items like jars, tongs, seals and lids, large stock pot, etc, will be greatly appreciated and put to good use. Thank you in advance!
