Fishing equipment (Williamson Park LA1)

This is a big ask but does anyone have any fishing equipment they no longer need/use a friend is struggling quite bad with his mental health and sitting calm and concentration on the fishing helps him very much he wants to start going regularly but has absolutely no equipment any help appreciated
